This Meet the Team profile features Reo Chatwin features such a person. Reo is eLuma’s IT & Operations Specialist and responsible providing customer support. He does a fabulous job working with our partners to ensure that all of their issues will be take care of. More importantly, he strives to he strives to let them know that they are valued and will always be taken care of. His Story
Reo was born into a travelling family. Having been born in Murray, UT in 1982, then later relocating to Chicago, Illinois when he was 11 when his father was transferred. He attended Lincoln-Way High School in New Lenox, IL and after graduation he moved to the small town of Plainfield, IN just outside of greater Indianapolis. It was from there he accepted a mission call from his church and served two years in the Seattle, Washington area. Reo enjoys the development, operation and restoration of all technologies as well as world history and music. In his free time he enjoys the piano and the harmonica, and has even written a few small pieces.
On working to provide Customer Support
I really enjoy every aspect of what I do. That said, I enjoy being a part of the difference we make in the lives of these children. I have students open support chats all the time just to say ‘Thank You!’ and tell me that therapy is always the best part of their day. And that is not an exaggeration. It’s truly awesome.

I enjoy building and repairing computers and various technology, as well as piano and harmonica. Most of all, I love to rough house with my boy.

Batman. Come on, guys. The dude is ripped, has a cave full of technology, and millions in the bank. Um yes, please.
What have you always wanted to do but never done?
Go to Hawaii! And also, buy a 1967 Shelby GT 500.
Which one would you want most: flying cars, robot housekeepers, or moon cities? Why?
Flying cars for sure. I’ve always had an obsession with flying.
